The Pakistan Agriculture and Cold Chain Development Project (PACCD) is a three-year project sponsored by the U.S. Department of Agriculture that links horticultural and fishery production in Baluchistan to modern markets in Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi and Hyderabad, as well as abroad.
